How to do the quest

Before we get the mission for the quest it's a good idea to get the quest item just so you don't have to rush it later on. You can find the item above in any Rubi-Ka mission. I've found mine in a level 190 solo mission in a chest. This is a no-drop item so you have to get it yourself.

Step 1

Gift Wrapped Basket

Step 2 Omni

You must go visit Supply Master Eel in his Base in Avalon at 828 x 1672. Once you start chatting with him, let him know that you want to do errands for him and find him a box of cigars and some fine cognac; all wrapped up in a nice gift package. If you agree to this, he will give you the mission to find the Gift Wrapped Basket. Now if you already have this item re-open the chat with him and give him the Gift Wrapped Basket and in return, he will give you your Multi-Purpose Tuner. While you are there he also has a few other missions you can complete if you like, unrelated to this guide.

Step 2 Clan

You must go visit Supply Master Smug in his Base in Wailing Wastes at 2884 x 3554. Once you start chatting with him, let him know that you want to do errands for him and find him a box of cigars and some fine cognac; all wrapped up in a nice gift package. If you agree to this, he will give you the mission to find the Gift Wrapped Basket. Now if you already have this item re-open the chat with him and give him the Gift Wrapped Basket and in return, he will give you your Multi-Purpose Tuner. While you are there he also has a few other missions you can complete if you like, unrelated to this guide.
