NOTE: the Ql of this item will make the final Ql up to Ql 200,
as Ql200 is the highest QL sleeve you can have.
How to make
Add the Cyber armour sleeve to the Powderd viral-bots to make QL200 De'Valos Sleeve.
NOTE: It seems that as long as the Viral-bots are above QL200 and the
sleeves are with in 40% of Ql then you will get the ql200 sleeves u want.
