are great even at lower Ql so be sure to check them out or even make one for your self
to see the Dmg they do.

How to Make
Use the Hacker too on the Premium Nano-Charged Assault Rifle to make a
Hacked Premium Nano-Charged Assault Rifle
Note: it is best to get a Ql 200 Hacker tool even if you are making a low QL gun.
All the above guns are made in the same way but I will use a Superior Perennium
Blaster below as an example on how to make.
Step 1
Add the sheet of perennium to the Sprit Tech Apparatus Double barrel
to make a Double Perennium Barrel
NOTE: The plate needs to be within 25% of the Sprit Tech Apparatus Ql
Step 2
Add the Double Barrel to the rifle to make a Half-Finished Perennium Blaster
Step 3
Add the Perennium Bolts to the Half-Finished Perennium Blaster to make your
Superior Perennium Blaster
Note: The Bolts must be within 25% of the gun's Ql
